Norwegian has cancelled our cruise 3 time on very short notice due covid, each fourth dimension increasing the cost of the cruise to rebook the aforementioned room on the same cruise, they reject to give our coin back, I have filed a complaint , but they dont intendance they accept our money and tell united states " I know how yous experience" will never cruise with them again, did nothing to attempt to recoup us for the inconvenience except increment the cost to us.

two days before our 11 24-hour interval cruise (December 23, 2021 -January iii, 2022) a mask mandate was implemented for indoors. Covid testing line took over an hour. (12:30 time slot). In that location were estimator problems at bank check in, so some other hr expect to board. On the ship, the staff for the rooms and dining were bully. Dining rooms were well staffed and friendly. As usual, the higher quality meals were in the non-free restaurants. The ropes course and miniature golf course were shut downward for maintenance...equally they had been on the prowl prior to this one. We received no notification of this before fourth dimension. It was down the unabridged duration of the cruise. Bold it was covid related, virtually likely staffing issues. On entertainment, in that location were once again covid issues. The highly acclaimed big acts only performed i dark. If you did not see it the first nighttime it was on, yous did not see it at all. And some were cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, which I assume were covid related. The entertainers that were left did multiple shows. And then many shows, that people would frequently walk out, when they realized it would be the aforementioned as the previous days' shows, even if it was titled slightly differently. Shore excursions and disembarkation at ports was oft cluttered. While everything seemed to run smoothly in the dining areas, there seemed to be a serious lack of communication as far equally shore excursions and disembarkation went. Every person yous asked would requite a different respond, leading to a runarounds and incorrect data Disembarkation was usually a free for all. Information technology did not matter if you had an excursion booked, either through the cruise line or elsewhere, all got off at the aforementioned fourth dimension. If you missed the time for your excursion, they would find you a unlike time if possible, or a refund. The walk off ports were bang-up, other than the ship was belatedly disembarking at every i, leading to a backlog. Usually the issue was the port of call giving permission to disembark. I would not schedule annihilation within the first 2 hours of the expected arrival time. The upper deck areas (out in the sunday and fresh air) were relatively normal. The water slides and pools were still open, merely the ropes and mini golf were closed. The cruise ship was doing the all-time they could, with various restrictions and covid issues. If you are wanting a pre-pandemic type of prowl, wait to go. I do retrieve they did their best to work with a bad situation.

The cheque in process was professionally handled and easy. Once the C-19 tests were consummate masks were not required on lath the ship. The food selections were plentiful and the ship was kept very clean. The Choir of Men evidence was one of the all-time cruise shows we accept experienced. Too, the New York Minute show had a fabled soprano soloist. The After Midnight bear witness was disappointing.

I had the included drink package, just had to pay service charges. The drinks throughout this ship were simply bad. Non only weak, simply the mixers and juices but didn't get well with the drinks. Tasted like stuff from a 99 cent store. There was no Coca Cola on board only Pepsi. That's fine if you want to drink soda, but not as a mixer. Who wants rum and Pepsi? The "Head Mixologist" was pleasant and apologized, but that didn't brand the drinks any better. The bartenders seem to be under such stringent restrictions they measure and mix the drinks to written guidelines, regardless of taste or complaints. In addition NCL sold an itinerary that included a port which they did not have permission to stop at, Caymans. They cancelled the stop, several weeks before the prowl. Despite charging the port charges, no on board credit was offered. Went to Guest Services, where they said that because it was cancelled before the prowl, it would be a refund. Still waiting, weeks later.
